If we can't read, and comprehend, we can't educate ourselves to understand the issues of the day, to vote, or read the ballot.
No mater what language we print it in. Oops, I take that back a person speaking a foreign language probably has a better chance of reading, and comprehending text.
Who do the illiterate turn to for help? Why Big Government that's who. Cradle to grave, we will take care of you. Can't read, no problem we'll read it for you, and let you know what it means.
