If you are talking about the one from SC that was just aired on FOX News, I am still compiling some thoughts. I can, however, comment on what Ron Paul said about legalizing drugs, which I fully agree with to certain extent. For I think drugs should be handled in the same way as alcohol is, which would free up an enormous amount of resources (not to mention tax dollars) that could be used in much better ways. I was also very impressed by the way he handled further questioning by pointing out that very few in the audience, which applies to the entire population, would rush out and start using heroine just because it was now legal to do so.
Ron Paul always sounds good until someone asks him if he thinks a business should be able to refuse service to women or Mormons or red heads or whatever.
As for drugs:
God is perfect. Man is not. Man made whiskey. God made pot.
I have seen that sign "right to refuse....." in businesses since I was a tad-pole. Also a big one here in Florida is, "No Shirts-No Shoes-No Service". It's that whole freedom, right to property, Constitution thing.
I agree with you dead on about POT(I'm a child of the 60-70's). My kids will be reading you a lot when I tell them what you commented!
